If you don’t not have the basic CMP credential, please visit the CMP Knowledge Training & Boot Camp to prepare you for the exam. Introductory course pricing is subject to change without notice.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

Introduce “highlights” of key concepts aligned to the Event Industry Council CMP-HC Standards to effectively achieve the CMP-HC certification exam.
Master the specific rules, regulations, laws and best practices for executing healthcare meetings and experience.
Reduce or mitigate risks in managing healthcare components by implementing best industry practices.
Learn how to incorporate compliance requirements of the National Physician Payment Transparency Program – Open Payments.
Demonstrate knowledge gained by achieving comprehension checkpoints and pre-exam testing.

8 CEUs Certified Meeting Professional (Event Industry Council) certification or – CMP recertification requirements
Up to 8 CEUs/PDUs or as allowed Project Management certifications (Project Management Institute)

Time Access: You will have 9 months to complete your course. If you prefer additional time, we can extend this course for the reinstatement fee of $149.00 for an additional 9 months.

Reference Materials: This course, exclusively offered by OMNIPEAR, aligns with the Events Industry Council Healthcare Manual and the Professional Meeting Management, a guide to meetings, conventions, and events published by the Professional Convention Management Association. The following reference books are recommended, by EIC, for the CMP program: MPI CMP Healthcare Training Manual and How to Plan Medical Meetings and Events. OMNIPEAR does not provide the required EIC textbooks. Please order all reference books with the respective links above.
