Director – Client Relationships

Ideally, this position is ultimately responsible for developing long term relationships with clients and industry professionals and businesses. This is a commission-based position, and all duties can be performed remotely.


  • Soliciting new clients for OMNIPEAR services and products
  • Build and maintain strategies to grow OMNIPEAR’s suite of services and club membership. 
  • Assist in the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns designed to drive brand and sales
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the internal stakeholders (reporting to CEO)  to review pipeline, address challenges, present solutions, and provide ongoing sales support to ensure team consistently performs above standard
  • On-board clients and users by following SOPs for operational excellence
  • Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect
  • Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior using internal tools and reports
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
  • Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience
  • Meet or exceed quarterly goals
  • Other duties as directed specific to the capacity of the director and acceptance of such duties or tasks
  • Represent the CEO, in his/her absence where needed


  • 1-2 years sales, communications, or related field
  • 2-3 years educational experience in sales, instruction, or design highly desired. But not required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze client retention strategies
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills while working independently
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
  • Understanding of educational consumer behaviors and industry trends
  • Extensive, accurate product knowledge of OMNIPEAR products and services
  • Limited travel maybe required

Account Manager – Hotel Partnerships (Commission)

Ex. A program is $1575. Commission will be offered for a percentage of each program.
  • Solicit and hotel and venues and present OMNIPEAR products or programs
  • Work independently with limited direction
  • Assist to on-board & schedule clients to OMNIPEAR per SOP procedures
  • Maintain positive relationship with client by supporting clients or internal departments for additional support
  • Meet and exceed quarterly goals
